  The Outpost is a squad-based RTS about holding ground on a hostile world — you command squads and structures, not individual soldiers, against an alien ecology that keeps coming. This devlog is about the newest thing to join that fight: vehicles. They drive like vehicles Infantry can spin on the spot. A hull cannot, and we did not want it to. Vehicles move along their hull. They turn at a limited rate, they shed speed in a turn, and they need real distance to get up to speed and to stop. A wheeled APC carves an arc and wants room to do it; a tracked hull can pivot where it stands and turn in place. Reverse gear is there for the moments where backing out beats turning around.   Hey everyone, We're Blacksmith Forge, and we wanted to give a quick update on The Outpost: Outer Frontier. Development is moving forward. Right now we're focused on polishing base mechanics and making sure the core gameplay feels right before we start layering in more content. It's still early, but things are shaping up well. We'll share more details as we get further along.
