Hello everyone!I know I’ve been quiet since launching the Steam store page for Resurgis: Rise of the Dead, but behind the scenes, I’ve been running a massive operation to completely transform the game's core atmosphere. Today, as a solo developer, I want to share how I brought the visual quality to the level it truly deserves and how I completely rebuilt the dungeons from scratch.Saying Goodbye to the Repetitive "Box" Architecture Early in development, the dungeons were much flatter, featuring rigid 90-degree angles and repetitive layout grids. However, I realized that a dark fantasy game needs to give the player a claustrophobic, heavy, and lived-in feeling.
