Synopsis Milo's twin brother, Milton, is dead. Milo may or may not have killed him. In fact, he might not know for sure. Wrapped inside Milo's speculation about Milton's cause of death—a rare and chronic disease—lies something more elusive, something Milo can't help but circle back to. Twin Study is a suspected murder recounted by the suspected murderer. The focus doesn't seem to be who, but how and why.
