- HALLOWEEN UPDATE – More Unknowns, Better Bills and New Improvements - 9 October 2026
HALLOWEEN CONTINUES NOCTIRIA's Halloween update is not over yet. After the big wave of additions from the previous weeks, we've continued adding content, improving the interface and refining multiple systems based on your feedback. This update brings new Unknown events, improved Bills visibility, clearer card texts and more small improvements that make the whole experience cleaner and easier to read. 5 MORE HALLOWEEN UNKNOWNS Halloween continues to spread through NOCTIRIA. We've added 5 more brand-new Unknown events, all built around urban 90s horror vibes, new choices and new possible consequences. The new events are: The Photo Booth The 11:59 PM Supermarket The Dead Carousel The Ringing Phone The Recital Tape With this new wave, the total number of Unknown events in the game rises to 40. UNKNOWNS ARE STILL FULL OF TRAPS The new Unknown philosophy remains in place. Dangerous choices ar…
- HALLOWEEN MEGA UPDATE – Custom Cards, New Unknowns and Much More! - 5 October 2026
HALLOWEEN HAS ARRIVED IN NOCTIRIA This is not a small update. Over the last few days we've introduced several new features, reworked entire systems and listened closely to the feedback coming from the community. And what better time than Halloween to bring everything together in one massive update? CUSTOMIZE YOUR CARDS One of the biggest features ever added to NOCTIRIA is finally available. You can now use your own images as card artwork. From the Collection, choose an image from your PC, move it, zoom it, rotate it and adjust it inside the card frame. Customization is separate for every card evolution, meaning Base, +1, +2 and +3 can all have completely different artwork. And your custom images aren't limited to the Collection. You'll see them during gameplay too. Changed your mind? You can restore the original artwork at any time. SHOW US YOUR DECKS And this is where things get intere…
- Halloween Comes to NOCTIRIA + New Update - 1 October 2026
🎃 HALLOWEEN COMES TO NOCTIRIA It's October 1st. And that means NOCTIRIA is officially getting ready for Halloween. The Main Menu, Merchant, Rest Site and other map nodes have received new Halloween decorations. Pumpkins, decorations and small seasonal changes will accompany your runs throughout the month. And we're not done yet. More Halloween surprises will arrive throughout October. Consider this only the beginning. 🏆 STEAM LEADERBOARDS REWORKED We've completed a major update to the Steam Leaderboards. The Highest Turn Damage leaderboard now records the damage actually generated by attacks after modifiers are applied. This means overkill damage is correctly counted: if you deal 321 damage to an enemy with 240 HP remaining, the recorded value will be 321 instead of 240. Damage absorbed by Shield is now handled correctly as well. In addition: damage dealt during Destruction no longer…
- NOCTIRIA Evolves: Faster Battles, New Unknowns and a Bonus Level! - 28 September 2026
NOCTIRIA KEEPS GROWING This update brings together a huge number of improvements inspired by your feedback: snappier combat, less downtime, better map information, new Unknown events, progression improvements and several important fixes. And, of course, there's also something completely new to destroy. ⚡ BATTLE SPEED x1 / x1.5 / x2 You can now select your preferred battle speed from the Game Settings: x1 — x1.5 — x2 Your choice is saved between sessions. Want time to think? Stay at x1. Already know every card by heart? Crank it up to x2. 💥 ATTACKS FEEL HEAVIER AND MORE SATISFYING We've reworked the game feel of attacks. Creatures now perform a small wind-up before lunging forward, movement is easier to read and impacts feel much sharper. We've also added: clearer visual feedback when HP is lost; different feedback when damage is absorbed by Shield; shorter and more precise attack shake…
- Ultrawide, Achievements & New Events – New Update - 25 September 2026
Noctiria keeps getting better. This update brings another round of fixes and polish aimed at making the experience smoother, better looking and more reliable across a wider range of setups. Improved ultrawide support We've reworked several visual elements for very wide displays. Battle backgrounds, Rest areas, the Merchant, Treasure rooms and card upgrade screens now make much better use of the available space while keeping gameplay elements and UI positioning intact. We've also fixed mouse interaction issues affecting Relics on wide displays, where clicks could sometimes fail to register correctly on certain aspect ratios. Steam achievements fixed We've corrected several achievement unlock paths, especially those related to Fatture. Progress is now properly communicated to Steam even when Fatture are acquired or managed outside of battle. 10 new event illustrations Choice-based events…
- New Events, New Fatture and a Major Balance Update - 23 September 2026
A major new update for NOCTIRIA Over the last few days I have continued working directly on the feedback received from players. This update affects several areas of the game, including character progression, balance, Fatture, Poison, Unknown events and the variety of decisions available during a run. Improved character progression I have continued reducing the feeling of grinding by moving several build-defining cards earlier in each character's progression. The goal is not simply to unlock everything faster, but to allow each character to reveal their core mechanics much sooner. Several important cards for Shadow, Mist, Void, Parasite, Abyss and Reflection are now unlocked earlier. Full card progression still extends up to level 30. Void comes online much sooner Some of Void's most important cards were previously unlocked too late. Several key cards for Black Hole and Dissolve builds h…
- Combat improvements, faster progression and new fixes - 21 September 2026
A new NOCTIRIA update is now available We are continuing to work on feedback from the community. This update focuses primarily on combat responsiveness, character progression and several technical issues that could make certain actions feel less immediate than intended. Fixed a mouse issue with consumables We fixed a situation where consumables could occasionally fail to respond to mouse clicks while still working correctly with a gamepad. We have made the handling of invisible UI elements more robust so they can no longer accidentally intercept mouse clicks during combat. Final-hit feedback restored We fixed an issue where an attack's VFX could be interrupted when that attack killed the final enemy. As a result, effects such as the move's screen shake could sometimes be skipped on the killing blow. Attack feedback now completes correctly even when the hit ends the combat. Faster charac…

The goal is to make the game more readable, customizable and accessible while preserving the original experience.
