  Hey everyone! 👋 After about a month and a half of rewriting and adapting a big part of the game to properly support multiplayer, the moment has finally arrived... You can now play SliceShot Padel online with your friends! 🎾🔥 This is the first multiplayer test build I'm sharing with you guys. I already know it's not perfect yet. There are still things I need to polish, optimize and improve — especially when it comes to lag, movement and animation smoothness. You will probably notice that the host experience feels smoother, while clients may sometimes see a bit more latency or less smooth movement/animations. I'm going to be investigating ways to improve this and make the experience as smooth as possible. But the important part is: It works. • 🎮 Update v0.5.8 – Tie-Break Mode & Tutorial Improvements! - 31 July 2026

  This update introduces one of the most requested match features: Tie-Break mode! It also includes a small but important quality-of-life improvement for players using custom controls. ⭐ New Features Added Tie-Break support to standard matches.: Sets now enter a tie-break when the score reaches 6-6, following standard padel rules. Added a new "Tie-Break" match duration option. You can now play a standalone tie-break for quick matches without playing a full set. 🛠 Improvements Tutorial button prompts now respect your custom control bindings. If you've remapped your controls, the tutorial will now display the correct button icons instead of the default ones. Thanks for all the feedback and bug reports!   ✨ Improvements & New Features Added Loading Screens between game scenes to provide visual feedback during loading. Added a new Ball Machine targeting mode in Training Mode. ("Player": always launches the ball toward your current position.) Made some adjustments to AI difficulty balancing to make each difficulty level feel more distinct. Beginner and intermediate bots now have slower movement and reaction times, while Pro remains the intended challenge. Made some adjustments to AI reactions against very powerful shots.
