  1. Built-in "App switched" trigger — a momentary trigger that fires once on foreground app change; pair it with "Plugin action → Auto pick music". 2. New AI auto-pick plugin — picks a track from your checked libraries based on context. 3. Simpler key storage + length-matched mask — the API key is stored with light obfuscation (fixes the recurring "key decrypt failed"), masked with one dot per character instead of a fixed number of stars. 4. Text field scrollbar — long input no longer overflows; a draggable horizontal scrollbar with wheel scrolling and caret-follow. 5. Duplicate plugin folder cleanup — stale _1/_2 folders and their resident processes are swept automatically, so the newest build is always the one that runs.

  What's new: 1. AI Auto-DJ plugin (in testing — will be uploaded to the QQ group soon, and included in the official plugin folder next release) An AI that picks what to play based on your current context. 2. Unified AI configuration A new AI config card in Settings lets all AI features share a single setup. Fill in your endpoint, model, and API key once, then pick which plugins are allowed to use them. The key is encrypted with Windows DPAPI and never stored in plain text. 3. Plugin system improvements Deleting a plugin no longer freezes the UI — cleanup happens silently in the background. 4. Automatic text indent On some displays the first glyph of UI text gets clipped by a few pixels. All text now automatically gets a tiny hair-space prefix, nudging it slightly to the right without affecting the layout or any borders. • Audictrl v1.6 Update Announcement - 11 July 2026

  New Features Plugin System (First Plugin: NetEase Cloud Music) Log in to your NetEase Cloud Music account via QR code scanning to play your personal playlists, albums, and singles directly within Audictrl. Volume control, pausing, skipping tracks, and rule triggers work exactly the same as they do for local songs. Once logged in, NetEase Cloud Music tracks will appear under the source toggle on the "Audio" page, allowing you to search and request songs. You can also select a specific song or playlist within your rules to autoplay when a certain program opens. If you wish to develop your own plugins, the developer documentation and APIs are now open.   Plugin Engine Complete: The core plugin engine is now fully implemented. More Triggers: Added new types of triggers. NetEase Cloud Music Plugin: A new NetEase Cloud Music plugin has been created.
