  Chilled and Frozen This update adds two new statuses that feed into each other. Chilled loses half its stacks at the start of the character's turn, which looks harmless — until its stacks exceed 33% of that character's max HP. At that moment every Chilled stack is wiped and becomes 1 Frozen. A Frozen character takes half damage and cannot act once its turn starts: an enemy skips its move, and the player's turn ends immediately. It loses 1 stack at the end of the turn. So Chilled is not a slow poison. It is a meter you are meant to push over a threshold on purpose. Stack it fast enough and the target loses a whole turn; stack it too slowly and it just melts away. Arriving alongside it: New cards Frost Bolt and Frost Bolt+: deal damage and Imbue the target with Chilled equal to the damage dealt.
