• Playtest Update: Simplified Chinese, Forge Clarity & Combat Fixes - 20 August 2026

  Simplified Chinese Support FORJ now ships in Simplified Chinese: menus, forge, hub, arena HUD, tooltips, item and enemy names. Roughly 2,700 lines of text. Switch it in Settings → Language (English ↔ 简体中文). A restart is required. Fonts are built when the game loads. Chinese renders in Noto Sans SC, not a pixel face: readability wins over style at small sizes. Still seeing English text, or a translation that reads wrong? Post a screenshot in the Discord. That is exactly how this pass gets finished. Combat & Balance Base movement speed retuned: 300 → 240. Movement stats on gear apply on top of the new base, so speed rolls matter more than they did. Unique item passives no longer stack per copy. Six Crimson Oaths in six weapon slots granted the passive six times over (up to +72% attack speed) and printed six times in the HUD.
