The complete soundtrack of "SturmFront - The Mutant War: Übel Edition" is now online! The entire musical experience was composed by Erzen Luboja! He was inspired by the gameplay and the graphics to create this brutal soundtrack. In "SturmFront The Mutant War", the blood flows in abundance: fragments of mutant fly through the air and their slimy tentacles twist one last time before the flamethrower gives them a carbonaceous end. - [Patch v 1.3] New Mechanics and update - 13 August 2017
First update fixes: - Typos. - Gem hit box now bigger. - Attack button in main menu should be centered. - Boss 1 collision fixed. - Chain mechanic. - New Score balancing. - New Enemy balancing. Not done: - Fps problem when shooting. - All sounds and songs mixed. The new mechanic: In the old version (v 1.2), playing the game defensevly was the best way to survive and get a highscore. This is a game about ATTACK not about DEFENCE. In the free version there was a "checkpoint system" where the player had to run and collect power ups with energy. By going out of energy, Siegfried exploded. I didn't want to include this mechanic because it's based on an relic from the arcade days. The timer was needed that if somebody left the arcade cabinet the game automatically refreshes back to the main screen. Based on this desig I have included now a classic chain mechanic. Trailer The German Crust Metal band Hellknife releases a new music video in cooperation with the German indie game developer Sebastian de Andrade. Both are living in the area around Mannheim and both are into uncompromising art. While Hellknife is playing hardcore Heavy Metal, the game studio Andrade Games is producing classic shooting games in the style of the 90s arcade machines.
