- Haptic Feedback Added! - 19 January 2017
Today we released version 5 of Think Space which brings in "Haptic Feedback" (aka buzz vibration) for when you touch the whiteboard with the whiteboarding tools. Adding this sensation makes it much easier to write quickly since you can actually feel the pen bump into the whiteboard! We think you'll love it! We also made some improvements to the writing system to make it easier to write lots of text without needing to pull the trigger for every character or line. You can now simply hold down the trigger, and writing like normal by slightly lifting your hand from the board between characters (just like how a real whiteboard works). The haptic feedback plays an important role here since you'll feel a small buzz when you hand is in contact with the board and also when it leaves the board (so you know you lifted your hand high enough). - Easier writing! - 19 December 2016
Hey Think Spacers, I just wanted to update everyone on the latest changes that went out in the most recent Think Space update today! - We've removed the need to pull the trigger to write! Just touch to draw now. - The ocean audio clips have been improved to seamlessly loop - The marker colors are now more vibrant, and won't be affected by lighting. Please keep the great feedback coming! Think Space will continue evolving and adding features, and we count on the community to let us know what is/isn't working great for them! Today we're launching Think Space v3, which features a COMPLETE visual redesign! Over the past month, we've been busy designing custom visual assets that make Think Space more immersive and beautiful! For example, the new marker and eraser tools have been modeled as exact replicas of real whiteboarding tools right down to the notches on the back side of the marker. Multiuser got a massive face lift as well! We've replaced the blocky generic avatars, with a custom designed Think Space Panda character. Now when you join multiuser meetings, everyone will be a distinct panda character/avatar with a different t-shirt color, which makes collaboration in Think Space so much more fun! This update brings full remote collaboration to Think Space, and we're really excited about the creativity this will unlock for remote teams!
