- Solo is sailing onto Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & Xbox One at the end of this month! - 18 July 2019
After its release on Steam last year we are super excited to announce that we are launching Solo on consoles at the end of the month! The “Islands of the Heart” will be available Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One soon. The Xbox One version will be released on the 31st July, and the Nintendo Switch version will be available on the 1st August. Solo will be coming to PlayStation 4 very soon, with a date to be announced shortly. The game will be priced at £14.99/ $19.99/ €19.99. Personally, it feels awesome to release the game on consoles and open our hearts to a new audience that hopefully will sail onto a beautiful journey with us! Love, Team Gotham

Heya sailors! We have been working hard trying to solve all the issues that you have been sharing on the forums. Here are the most recent patch notes for today's version. Gamepad controller issues: - Added an option to remap de gamepad controller - Options menu > Game > Remap controller - There you will be prompted to configure your controller in case the default configuration is not valid for you. - Added an option to reset the gamepad controller configuration - Options menu > Game > Reset controller configuration - This option will reset your gamepad controller configuration to default. - If you are still having issues with the gamepad controller, try to disable any programs like Xinput or DirectInput (if you are using them). Solo, a self-described introspective game about love, had the enormous misfortune of being played by me, someone more interested in its art and puzzles than its romantic sentiments. As far as I'm concerned, it's a third-person puzzler about visiting vibrant archipelagos, but while I came in indifferent, I actually started to enjoy its wistful commentary and even look forward to it. It's provocative, and sometimes it's fun to answer The Big Questions about yourself in a safe environment, especially when that environment is so dang pretty. It's a bit of a Myers Briggs situation. You start the game by choosing your gender, the gender you're interested in, how you'd like to be represented in-game, and naming your most beloved. And while "an introspective game about love" is a blue sky proposal if I've ever heard one, Solo does a pretty convincing job…

- Fall in love with the new trailer for 'introspective puzzle adventure' Solo - 6 March 2018
Solo is a lot of things according to developer Team Gotham. As you may have gathered, it's a singleplayer game, but it's also "a game about love," an "introspective puzzle adventure," and quite possibly the first game to title itself in cursive. I'd like to add one more descriptor to the list: absolutely gorgeous.  So yes, Solo is a puzzle game whose story explores "love as fuel, the force that drives us," according to its Steam page . It's set in a vivid archipelago dotted with gorgeous islands, each of which is home to a totem you need to reach. To do so, you'll need to connect and combine various blocks to build paths. Team Gotham says you can build paths and solve puzzles in several different ways, which is appropriately easygoing for such a contemplative game.  Solo is also about stopping to smell the roses.
