These are published thanks to our community members, beta testers, and fans who are putting a lot of effort into playing the game and highlighting the key features that make this new chapter a leap forward in the history of the franchise. Hi everyone! War in the West has been officially updated to version 1.02.35. This new version brings many improvements and bug fixes, but good news is not over as the readme notes for 1.02.35 separately includes the changes made in the 1.02.28 public beta (June 2018) that never went official. So there’s a lot of changes since 1.02.15, including some nice performance boosts that were in 1.02.28. You can read uthe full changelog below. v1.02.35 • New Features and Rule Changes 1. It's the first post-Steam release official update and resolves all significant issues reported to us since that time, as well as making some notable improvements to historical balance. You can find the whole changelog HERE! A little preview: New Features and Rule Changes - Improved game performance (logistics and map draw). - Air base unit will be created once expansion starts. Size 0 air base appears in black color as size 1. Size 0 air bases should not be visible in air transfer mode (no AC on them). - Adjusted ground replacement routine to reduce substitution probability (more so for outdated equipment). Bug Fixes - When assigning support units to a location, any support units in a HQ that are in the hex are not available to be assigned. Units in the same hex as the location should be ab…
