• Fixed the Non-DLC Windows Version of Close Me - 7 December 2025

  Realized a small oopsie on my side for the non-DLC version of Close Me on Windows, the .exe was pointed to the wrong place in Steam settings. Have fixed now so the game souldd launch without an error message, sorry about that.

• Close Me update for the Yai Gameworks 10-Year Anniversary Out Now! - 18 November 2025

  A new update just released for Close Me, celebrating the Yai Gameworks 10-Year Anniversary. The update does the following:-New Game+ Content added for all Owners of Close Me. Previously it was for DLC owners only, but now the base game has all the New Game+ content. Once you've beaten the game once, several new areas and puzzles will appear, which once all solved let's you access a new ending.-13 new random events added to the game.-As a thank you for people who bought the New Game+ DLC previously, a new exclusive costume has been added to the game in the wardrobe in the bedroom (and of course you get to keep the soundtrack). Sale of the DLC will be taken off of Steam on January 6th, 2026 if you want that, but the rest of the New Game+ content outside the costume and soundtrack is now just part of the main game.I hope you all have a wonder upcoming 2026!

  Hey! It's window of the 10-year anniversary of Yai Gameworks! I've officially been making little horror games for 10 years now! Three things to express here.Firstly, all of the Yai Gameworks games are on sale on Steam right now at the cheapest prices they've ever been at for the Yai Gameworks 10-year anniversary. • Close Me receiving a big update in September, DLC delisted in September too - 7 August 2025

  Close Me will be receiving a big update in September. The update will add the previously DLC exclusive gameplay content for New Game+ into the base game, when you beat the game once several new areas open up, as well as an extended ending plays if you complete the new areas on your second run or later. This was already part of the DLC, it just now will be put into the main game. Additionally, there will be several brand new random events added into the game that I'm adding as part of the 10-year anniversary celebration of Yai Gameworks, a new bigger secret will be added to the game, as well as Steam Achievements are being added.The DLC "New Game+" will be delisted in September as well and be no longer available. • Yai Gameworks 10-year anniversary; releasing FREE updates to all of my games! - 7 May 2025

  Hey! Did you know we're approaching Yai Gameworks 10-year anniversary? Well, now you do! I've technically been making games since 2013, starting with Blank Slate, but "Yai Gameworks" was made officially in 2015 as part of becoming a Steam developer to release Close Your Eyes: Redux on Steam. So I have some surprises for y'all! I'm doing a HUGE 10-year celebration. What does that entail? I'm going to update every single game I've released on Steam. This will start in a few days from now, but the updates will roll out through the next 477 days (until August 31st, 2026).
