I am seriously. If you found any bugs or any questions about MermaidVR, just feel free to leave your message in Discussions. I will try my best to reply you as soon as possible. Recently, we got a few not recommend. at the beginning I thought that it is normal, but just one week, 3 not recommend without any reasons or details. 1.Someone said: it is a buy,entire ui will jump really far away or upside down. But how? Could you give us more details, give us a chance to fix it?? 2. The other one said: Mermaid just show C:\ D:\ but without desktop, so he can't play the video on his desktop...T_T Ah...ok, maybe next version we try to make a icon for desktop, or just let Mircosoft make it's desktop floder under C:\, if you got any suggestion, we will try to help you, but you don't need to just leave a Not recommend. 3. Big Announcement : After upgrade to the newest version(V1.0.4) there are a few probabilities appeared that it is no menu or no screen display on the app. Actully there is a minor error about the uesr database. Gratefully that just few of user may appear this issue, if you are the lucky one, please don't be nervous. Calm down and listen to me please. 1. Find out this file on your computer: C:\Users\xx(your user name)\AppData\LocalLow\MERMAIDVR INC\MermaidVR\PlayerSqlite.db 2. Boldly delete it!! Delete the PlayerSqlite.db 3. Relaunch MermaidVR Video Player Yeah, everything is perfect now! Thank you for your reading, and next version we will fixed this issue. Fixes in this build (V1.0.4) Fixed: Factory Reset will reset the movement & size of screen. New Notice: When the movement of screen touched the boundary value, it would pop up a friendly reminder. Fixed: Fixed the bug of Multi-subtitles & Multi-track. New Function: Correct the direction of some abnormal videos. New Function: We will support Oculus rift devices (Oculus Touch Only). The New version (V1.0.4) is comming around next week. And we are stiil hard working for some new functions, Please keep follow us and support us.
