  • Version 1.1.0 - 2 October 2017

Hello all. So I was just gonna do a quick graphics update with a few new textures, but then I was like, why not radically restructure the game's flow? So that's what I did. In addition to new colored "biomes", levels work somewhat differently than they did. This merits a full explanation. In the beginning, I planned for multiple rooms per level, and the goal would be to find the stairs while fending off monsters. However this proved tedious and complicated, so I simplified it to a single room. The stairs remained in the game, which is why previously, you had to find the stairs in a pointless exercise of looking at the minimap. But now, the level ends after ending your turn after defeating all the monsters. I even added a cool stats screen where you can see how much damage you deal and take, and the number of turns you took. ADDITIONS: "Stone Dungeon" biome - level 1, 5, 9, and 13. "Toxi…

Hello all, Hotfix incoming: Added vsync control: some people have been experiencing frame rate issues when in fullscreen mode. Playing around with the vsync settings should set you straight. Fullscreen: now saves between games. No more setting fullscreen every time you play a new game. Upcoming: a few art tweaks. --Jonathan

  • Coming Soon™! - 3 September 2017

Good news, everyone! I am still on track to fulfill the proposed release on September 22, 2017. I have just finished the last of the music. All that is left is bringing the game out of "development mode" and making sure it is as balanced and accessible as possible for release, which should be done in a week or so. --Jonathan
