  • v1.3 Patch Notes - 5 January 2018

The 1.3 patch focused primarily on 2 new features: Localization and Leaderboards. Both required quite a few changes under the hood so they took a few days of work to get implemented. The localization work was mostly converting over the hints and text over items to work in a way that worked with the Localization in Unreal Engine. As a result they might look a bit different than before and the tips are still due some additional work after this patch. We provided a basic translation for Simplified Chinese and Russian to start off with and is still a work in progress with the Russian one still needing a bit more work to be sized properly in all instances. The default language is English, but you can change these from each the Join Server Window or from the Options Window. It should change everything as soon as you make your choice, but if there are any lingering issues please restart the cl…

  • v1.2 Patch Live - 1 January 2018

The v1.2 patch is now live and features some important improvements and bug fixes. The most important change is the addition of a key binding system. This is something which players had been asking for and is now available. We also introduced a new Speed Enhancement Power Up, our fourth power up type. Animations received a quality pass, and we have fixed some issues and improved rifle transitions. Running and gunning also reduces speed now if you are strafing or backpedaling. This is not reduced to the level of aiming but there is a slowdown now where there was none before. Audio spatialization, invert mouse options, and a slew of smaller tweaks and bug fixes are also included. You can read the full patch notes below. Animations Improved rifle movement animations by adding an additional blend when moving slowly. Fixed a hitch in the pistol backpedal animation. Audio Improved wind spatia…

  • Happy New Year! - 31 December 2017

On the behalf of our staff we'd like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!

  • V1.1 Patch is Live - 22 December 2017

Our first patch since Early Access Release is mostly a Quality of Life patch to improve using and switching weapons along with a few bug fixes and adjustments. The major QoL improvements are to pickup and backpack switching. You can now switch out your primary and secondary weapons with the 1st slot in the backpack by holding down 1 and 2 for half a second respectively (up/down d-pad on a controller). You will stow any weapon out and swap the weapon with the one in your backpack then equip it. To go along with the switching changes we introduced improvements to picking up weapons as well. If using ‘E’ you will now backpack the weapon you have active and will then grab the new weapon instead of telling you your hands are full. By default it will also now drop the weapon in your hand if your backpack is full, you can disable this in the options if you don’t want it to ever drop a weapon w…

  • v1.0 Patch Notes - 19 December 2017

The v1.0 patch is now live. It features additional polish and bug fixes based on feedback from this weekend's test sessions. Audio Reduced volume of the continuous beam weapon attacks. Interactive Objects Adjusted the physics on the leaning targets in the tutorial so they had a bit less force on their spring. The leaning targets in the tutorial can now be activated by all weapon types. Disabled camera collision on the leaning targets in the tutorial to fix a bug where the camera could flip out if you were standing on top of one when it reset. User Interface The text above the player’s head now starts empty instead of saying “Text”. You can see it zoning in and in some instances when a character pops in. Scoreboard will automatically be popped up for the winning player after a match ends. It was previously only displaying on players who were killed. Adjusted the Dismount indicator on the…

  • 0.7 Beta Patch Notes - 18 December 2017

Our next patch addresses feedback we received in the previous testing sessions: the ability to fire your weapon anytime it is equipped. Previously it required you to aim to fire, now if you have the weapon equipped you can fire it without aiming first. Aiming has received a bit of a bump in accuracy along with an increase in FOV/zooming while aiming still makes it more practical if you want to hit your target. Inventory use was changed slightly and will block firing if you have an item selected in your inventory. Along with these changes crouching received a few animation updates and you can now fire while crouched with a weapon out and can now move while aiming as well. Along with these changes we made a few other smaller adjustments and fixed a few bugs. Sprinting should last a bit longer now, adjusted down npc movement rates to match the player, knives should hit your target a bit ea…

  • 0.3 Patch Notes - 30 November 2017

The 0.3 patch is an important step towards us beginning to invite external testers. Keep a watch on this page as we'll have application information here soon. It includes some very important additions including Medical Pills, Focus Stims, Shockguns, E-Shield improvements, and more. Audio Added a sound when healed.
