- Dino D-Day Update! - 16 July 2017
We have posted an update to Dino D-Day (ver 2.5). We’ve thrown in some fixes and added some new content. Check it out: Added new map: Resistance. A central square with adjoining side streets. In King-of-the-Hill mode the tunnels beneath the streets are opened up. You will battle for control of the central chamber that opens to the streets above. Watch out for falling explosive devices! Added normal multiplayer support for Sub Base. Sub Base was already playable in Last Stand mode but we have now added it to the regular rotation for multiplayer. Take care not to be eaten by a Mosasaur! Fixed crashes in Last Stand mode Fixed handful of other infrequent client crashes Fixed bug with foliage rendering after map changes Fixed bug with Microraptor screen splatter effect on third person camera Slight nerf to Hardgrave’s M1 Garand Slight buff to Raptor’s attack speed Thanks for playing Dino D-D…

- Update on the Update - 3 June 2017
Hi everyone, as we were doing the final QC for the update we got a lead on a troublesome bug that we've had difficulty reproducing (until now!). We are working on resolving this issue but since it effects multiple maps we will be holding on to the update for the time being. We should be able to resolve it in a matter of days so we're not talking a big delay. In the meantime, we'll be posting updates to the beta as we work through the issue so you can always check things out if you are so inclined! The Devs

- Update forthcoming! - 29 May 2017
Hi all, we wanted to let you know that there will be an update for Dino D-Day shipping this week. In this update there are some bug fixes of course (including a few client crashes that have been an annoyance) but also some new content. The biggest addition will be a new map, "Resistance". Resistance can be played in Deathmatch, King-of-the-Hill, Capture Point, and Survival mode (if you have Last Stand). In King-of-the-Hill mode the map opens pathways beneath the town square so you'll actually be fighting over tunnels beneath the map. Look out for falling Raptors! In Deathmatch and Capture Point the tunnels are closed off to focus action more on the town square. In Survival mode the entire map is open. We will also add Sub Base into the regular multiplayer map rotation. Sub Base is a Last Stand map so some of you may already be familiar with it. The one drawback to multiplayer support fo…

- Dino D-Day v 2.4 update is live! - 7 April 2016
You may notice a smoother Dino D-Daying experience due to lots of fixes: achievements, holes in maps, medic glows, stability issues, weapon nerfs...just to name a few. Complete Patch notes can be found below. What’s new? Two new maps are ready to field the battle: Airstrip: A desperate fight has broken out to control the Axis Zeppelin loading docks and stop the nefarious plan to airlift T.rexes throughout the theater. Some might think it foolhardy to load an enormous dinosaur with guns bolted to its head onto a highly flammable air vehicle, but obviously Germany disagrees. The map is playable as capture point, death match, king of the hill, and survival modes, and does include the playable T.rex. Ziegenfarm: The Big Three agree that production of Axis goats must be stopped for freedom to truly flourish. Haven't you wondered where all those goats come from? How do dilophasaurs learn to h…

- Free Weekend and New Comic DLC! - 29 January 2015
In related news, this weekend also brings us issue #1 of the brand new Dino D-Day digital comic. Let's face it, if you are already a big enough nerd to enjoy a video game about dinosaurs in WW2, you are a big enough nerd to read the origin story in a comic. Embrace your hopeless inner nerd, like we have, and pick up this comic at Dino D-Day's Steam store page. Because we’re also comic nerds, we’re super excited to have gotten renowned comic creator Tommy Lee Edwards (Google him) to break away from his work with Marvel, DC, etc to design our book and create the layouts. We used the game as a virtual prop house to create the final look over his layouts, which means that the end result is nerd squared! With the comic you also get TLE’s original full-color layouts with a toggle switch that lets you click back and forth on each page. Operation Genesis tells the story of how Captain Jack Hard…

- A Jurassic-Sized Update and Last Stand DLC! - 26 June 2014
A Jurassic-Sized Update! That's right, an update that can only be described as “Jurassic” in that it has taken us approximately 55 million years to complete. But in that 55 million years, incredible change has taken place! Layer after layer, like sediment compacting into mudstone on the floor of a vast alluvial plain 170 million years ago in a time when dino—uh, wait. Sorry. Got lost in a geological metaphor there. Where were we? Oh yeah, a Jurassic-Sized Update headed to a computer near you! It's been a long time since we've shipped a really great update to Dino D-Day. At long last, we've got one for you...and this one is special! Dare we say...it's our biggest update ever! For much more information, including news on the free update, the DLC, and FAQ about what we've been doing lately, head over here: DDD Blog Post
