- The Balance Tweak Patch - 23 March 2023
In the first of a possible few balance tweak patches, some interesting changes have been made with a few things being adjusted slightly. Here's the list... For now! Steam: Added Steam Achievements (more to come soon!). Can you find the secret ones? General Tweaks: Slightly decreased health box gain from 25% to 20% Increased pickup drop chance from 1 in 3 to 1 in 2 Decreased time to guaranteed Light Pool drop from 5 minutes to 2.5 minutes Decreased pickup de-spawn time from 45 seconds to 30 seconds Adjusted max allowed drops: Bomb: 1 (was 2) Shield: 1 (was 2) Danger: 2 (was 1) Not changed: Random (2), Health (1), Light Pool (1) Enemy Tweaks: All enemies now detect/shoot at you from further away Slightly increased enemy projectile speed Movement and turn speed increased for all enemies Yellow bars: Move and turn the fastest Orange bars: Move and turn a little slower than yellow bars Red b…
- January 2023 Update - 13 January 2023
Since the launch of the game on 14th November 2022, I've published a few small updates to address a few issues, these include: Fixed an issue where pickups might fail to spawn. Fixed an issue where enemy tanks would fail to spawn when completing the final arena then playing another arena. Fixed an issue where the ghost tank was not in the correct translucent material. Fixed an issue with the default keyboard bindings - Move Backwards was incorrectly mapped to the R key, possibly causing some confusion. Now correctly mapped to the S key. Added the leaderboard scores for the current arena to the in-game menu. Changed the player rotation on the final arena to always face the portals to make it less confusing. I will continue to publish updates to fix any other issues reported, and also if I make any new content for the game. Thank You for playing 🙂

- Latest Development Update - 16 October 2020
It's been a while since the last update, but I wanted to show some of the things that have I have been working on in the game, during these crazy times. First, here's a look at the current maps that are in the latest development build, including the later snowy map that's not featured in the demo which features an extra, an more deadly, enemy - the laser tank! Along with the laser tank, there's some extra danger from laser turrets on the outskirts of the map - these can finish you off if you fail to avoid them once they're active. In addition to the laser tank, there's a new bot in town - the mine dropper bot. This little fellow spawns every now and then through the portals, and drops a few mines before disintegrating. I call it The Doomba. Also added just this week is a new power-up weapon, an energy pulse field, that can insta-kill the enemies simply by getting close to them. This one…

Hey folks I've updated the demo with the latest development changes, this includes the fully working lava pit traps! Be careful of those once they're open - it's insta-death if you fall into them! Hi all We're pleased to announce that we've now updated the demo version with all the new things from our development build. We have done a graphical overhaul to improve the overall look of the game, and changed some things around. Changes include: Added an Options section so you can change some graphics and audio settings (more things to be added!) Added a slight fire delay (but not too much) Tweaked the player movement code to make smoother Changed the spawn portal design to brand new models Main menu redesign with new logo We're now working on the capability to destroy the spawn portals, new enemies, new maps and more... The main thing that we've changed is the view of the player tank. It was the general opinion that it was difficult to see where exactly you were pointing. Whilst we plan on adding a full direction indicator to the full game, we have re-positioned the camera that looks over the player, showing more of the turret and also the base, this shows you where you're heading in the arena. Other changes include: Enemy tanks no longer "look" at you continuously Enemy tanks now spin when hit, and move away with force Player can no longer drive up the surrounding mountains Decreased time between enemy spawns, to speed up the pace a little Trees now slightly larger Whilst we continue work on the full game, we will add a few…
