- Home Alone director departs delayed Five Nights at Freddy's movie - 1 October 2021
A film version of hugely-popular horror franchise Five Nights at Freddy's has been delayed due to controversial creator Scott Cawthon, and the project's director has now left. Harry Potter and Home Alone director Chris Colombus was on board to direct the FNAF film adaptation, which was set to begin shooting in spring this year . But a Collider interview with Jason Blum, boss of production company Blumhouse, has revealed the movie is being held up while Cawthon continues to disagree on a script. Read more

We're so thankful to have the privilege of helping add to the Five Nights at Freddy's universe, created by the indelible Scott Cawthon. The FNaF community has been so welcoming and supportive and we're so proud we created a game that resonates with the fans! This nomination was a surprise and we're so thrilled. We want to say congrats to all the other nominees. - NON VR MODE ARRIVES! - 18 December 2019
For all the Five Nights at Freddy's fans that don't have access to a VR Headset, you now can play the Steam VR Game of the Year nominee and it's DLC The Curse of Dreadbear! No VR headset is necessary. You can play it with your mouse and keyboard or game controller on your monitor. The game has the ability to launch in VR and Non-VR mode. So if you happen to get an awesome VR headset down the road, you can also play in full immersive VR mode.
