• Surprise demo update - 3 July 2025

  Hi guys, Well, last week we were participating in Plaza Gamer at Festigame. The event was great, except one day it rained and the machines got wet. We had to wait for the computer to be enabled again. That said, the monitors of the event did an incredible role in the place, props to them!So, what does this event have to do with the demo? Well, during the event, we did just an update where we included some tips in the main menu (something that would be unique to the Plaza Gamer build) but we also included some things in the gameplay that we loved and carried over to the final demo. Several of these things came from the feedback of those who visited us and tried the game (even though we could only be there for the first day, we got a lot of feedback :D). • Last demo update - 28 May 2025

  Hi everyone, The Steam system should update the Dungeon of the Forgotten King demo in the next few hours or minutes. We were thinking about leaving you a changelog, but you'll probably notice the changes straight away, so we'll leave it for now. Actually, it would've been short, since the additions are pretty minimal, apart from a few corrections. Anyway, we're pretty happy with the demo. We think it's well rounded and represents most of what will be in the full version of the game. But we don't feel like we have to keep it that way, because if we come up with some new mechanic that we love, which is different from the demo, we'll probably end up implementing it for the full version. I just thought I'd mention that, at least for the demo, these "new" things won't be arriving, as I said in the title. • DFK has leveled up! - 12 April 2025

  The game now features fresh visuals and more engaging mechanics, making this iteration a much more exciting experience. New enemies with unique moves that feel more dynamic and polished. New equipment to help you crank up those damage numbers. A battle log system that tracks all combat text—you won’t miss a thing. A new shop system to shape your character just the way you want. Oh, and yes—there's a tutorial now! This update brings the good stuff into the project and sets the foundation for the full release. We had to figure out a few things along the way, but it's all come together nicely. • Alpha Demo coming soon! - 24 August 2023

  Hi guys. We are very happy to announce that the Dungeon of the Forgotten King demo will be live soon. This is all in preparation for the October Steam Fest. We're very excited about this, and we hope we can count on your support :D That being said, we will be releasing an Alpha demo well before Steam Fest! We're calling it "Alpha" because it's our initial study on the game, and as we developed it, we noticed several changes we wanted to make, both things to remove and things to add. So, at some point in the future, we will update this demo to a version that is closer to the final vision of the project.
