- Etherborn Trading Cards are Now Live! - 14 December 2021
Hey, Dreamers! We've just activated Steam Trading Cards! There are six (6) total cards for players to collect. If you've already played a bunch of Etherborn, you should have a handful sitting in your inventory ready to be traded as you see fit! If you'd like to trade cards around with others to try and complete sets for cool rewards, might I recommend heading on down to the trading sub-forum? I'd also recommend just taking a second and enjoying the beautiful 3D art for each of the trading cards. Happy hunting!

- Gravity-defying puzzle platformer Etherborn is out today - 19 July 2019
Etherborn is a puzzle platformer with a focus on gravity-defying traversal, and while it might not be the first game based on that premise, it's probably among the best looking. The nameless, voiceless protagonist inhabits a surreal world of floating structures, and is tempted through them by a bodiless voice. Once reached, this bodiless voice will apparently help the protagonist "understand own existence". (Why not just send an email ffs?) As the trailer below demonstrates, the diabolically warped illustrations of M.C. Escher are a clear inspiration. According to the Steam description, the player experiences "gravity perpendicular to the surface you are standing on, allowing for creative exploration possibilities in environments carefully crafted as navigation-based puzzles". - Etherborn twists and turns its way into stores in July - 16 June 2019
The space-bending puzzle game Etherborn will be winding its way onto PC next month. You ll need to puzzle your way through its lack of up as a concept in order to progress through the levels, which is bad news for me as my brain utterly does not work that way, but I like the idea regardless. - 20th Century Fox debut indie development fund with Etherborn - 7 February 2019
Gravity-bending puzzle platformer Etherborn is to be the first independent game funded by FoxNext Games, the games division of the least indie media conglomerates on earth: 20th Century Fox. Altered Matter’s puzzler seems like a safe first pick – it’s a very fetching-looking game full of colourful, floating geometry and paths to walk that bend gravity as you follow them. The texture-light aesthetic, ethereal soundtrack and introspective story revolving around ‘finding your voice’ don’t seem very daring, but it’s still lovely to look at. - BIC Fest 2018 Award Finalists and Game Localisation - 5 October 2018
Hello there! We’re doing this a bit late, but we wanted to share the news anyway! A few weeks ago Etherborn was part of the BIC Fest 2018 in Busan - South Korea, and we're very proud and happy to say that we were a finalist in no less than 4 different awards! Etherborn was nominated in these categories: Grand Prix Excellence In Art Excellence In Experimental Excellence In Game Design Other great games such as Wattam and Bossgard took away the prizes, but we're very glad to have been considered for these!
