Castle Agony: New Game Mode - 21 October 2020
Yet Another update! As it's the Halloween month it would be silly not to add more frightening updates to Castle Agony. This will likely be the last update to the game (bugs aside). This small update adds a new game mode that can be selected from the main menu: SpeedRun. A time has been added once the mode has been activated and on killing The Master will upload the current time to the Steam Leaderboard. There is also a new achievement associated with this mode called: Speedrunner and will also unlock on killing The Master. So Start speedrunning Enjoy fearless vampire killers!
Castle Agony Major Update - 30 September 2020
Hi everyone It has been a very long time since there has been an update to Castle Agony, but I'm excited to announce a very large one! I've been working very hard over the last few months making huge improvements, changing the combat system under the hood, bug fixing and adding a new content to aid you in your vampire slaying. Here is a list of new Content! Changed character movement, the screen now moves much smoother and the player character walks faster in general Large combat system changes to be more efficient (still looks the same to the user) Souls can now be collected as a reward after combat! Added a creepy shopkeeper, he appears in 2 different places in the world and you may purchase things from him using souls. Added Soul Bow weapon, uses collected souls as ammunition and can be bought from the Shopkeeper. Added a new craftable item 'Arrows'. These require 3 new materials to…
V1.1.1 Patch - 11 April 2018
Hot fIx Patch 1.1.1 Fixed an issue that crashed to desktop in Noctule's room. There was a crash if you clicked on an environment object before initiating combat with Noctule. Added Additional information in the first combat tutorial window that explains that your SKILL is a shared stat and is used as a dodge when the enemy attack. Fixed potential crash to desktop. When you Enter Lilly's Garden Shrine in the West wing and trigger the cutscene when Harry isn't in the room - this would could potentially cause a crash. Wall of Honour Manti-Core - for discovering the Noctule bug and suggestting additional info for the tutorial. Thank you all for your support :)
