• I'm making a new game called Cavity Busters! - 15 March 2020

  Hello! I'm working on a new game and it's coming out on Early Access soon! https://store.steampowered.com/app/1084220/Cavity_Busters/ Cavity Busters is a rogue-lite bullet hell with fast game play. It features toothy fast combat where your main method of attack is a tooth that you shoot and suck back. Also plenty of bullets....and bodily fluids. If that matters to you. It might. But HEY! • Clarity Update - 14 January 2020

  You awake. Your eye is blurry. You pull your tendrils up to wipe away the rheum. Things start to come into focus... This is.... THE CLARITY UPDATE! The focus of this update was to make things easier to see. For a game about eye balls, it's not very easy on the peepers. There was a lot of clutter and clashing colors. With this update, I hope clear things up :) Here's what's new: 2 new players to unlock Background art on all three levels were recolored to be easier on the eyes. The amount of red in the game has decreased A background has been added to the secret boss level Some of the enemy bullets were changed to be easier to see Decreased the amount of clutter on screen All playable characters received a color change Player UI is now displayed outside the playing area when the game is in full screen New end boss New ending cut scene New end boss music track Ultra enemies are now visuall…

• 1.1.4 Just a quick little update! - 5 January 2019

  hEYE! :D This is just a quick little update to add some quality of life features. First and probably most important: - A slow/focus key. (left shift, C or I) This will add some ease to some of the more tricky areas. You'll have to let me know how it feels. Too fast, too slow? -An option in the menu to flip the screen so you can have a "proper" shmup experience. It isn't perfect but it'll do the trick :) -A controls button in the options to show a list of controls. Sorry, no rebinds yet :( -A cheat button in the options menu. The game will also save any cheat codes you enter from now on. Annnnnnd that is it I think. Enjoy! :)

  Hello fellow eye balls! This update contains some cool new goodies :) Whats new : Brand new boss fight 4 new mini boss fights New playable character that follows suit of the above mentioned boss A new upgrade Updated some art here and there Possible fix for 1440p displays. (This one I'm not sure on. You'll have to let me know) You can now take screenshots with your standard Steam screenshot key. There's more but I forgot to keep track of the changes because I'm......near sighted ;0 Awaken the four eyes to call forth the wrath of Crown Cornea and free her children! • Leaderboards!!! - 10 July 2018

  This update includes leaderboards so you can compete with friends and other cool strangers! You can check the leaderboards in the main menu. There will be a fleshy skin tab that you can click on. Your local highscores wont get added. Sorry :( If you run into any issues, let me know. Setting up a leaderboard is new to me so there might be some errors. Also added an option in the option menu to clear the screen of any unnecessary text, like scores from close range kills and grazing bullets. Eyenjoy!

• 1.0.3 Update and Welcome new players! - 20 June 2018

  Hello everyone! There has been an influx of new players so, welcome! This update is pretty small but I think it will have an impact on your overall time with the game. In line with more traditional shmups and bullet hells, you now have lives. Easy mode grants you 5 lives and hard mode grants you 3. It's no fun getting to the last little sliver of the bosses HP, only to lose it all! Other then that, I adjusted the volume on some of the music. Also if you've enjoyed your time with Rheum please consider dropping a review :) That would be ultra mega cool. Enjoy! :)

• Update 1.0.2 Bug fix and small update - 26 May 2018

  Hello eye lovers.... or people who accidently purchased a weird eye ball game ;) Here's a little fix/update for you all. Fixed text displaying incorrectly in tutorial Changed a certain hidden boss to give the player a better reward. (more on that below) Adjusted some sound fx levels Changed a power up to suit the use of controller or keyboard/mouse Added some witty pun tips to the transition screen Adjusted how much rheum a player can get from being in close proximity to bullets So there's an ability that can be obtained later in the game that is kinda random and there's usually so much chaos in the later game, that it's hard to tell you even have this ability. So now there's two ways to obtain that ability. One way depends on beating a boss (tough secret hidden boss). And the other is luck :) Enjoy and have fun! Let me know what you think ;)

• 1.0.1 Update - 24 May 2018

  Hello everyone! I have just a small update for you geyes..... ;0 First and probably most noticeable, the enemies received a little touch up so that they are more visible. BRIGHTER :) New UI art for player bombs When using a bomb, a small text will display close to the player, indicating how many bombs are left Now a permanent health bar will display with the rest of the UI, instead of only when you get hurt The D-pad now works for controllers. Honestly don't know why that was in on day one. Player getting hurt should be a little more obvious. That's all for now! :) Some of the other concerns that were brought to my attention will take a little longer to work out. See ya!

• RHEUM Release! - 22 May 2018

  Release Hello everyone! Rheum is live and ready to bust some sphincters! Gross.... While this is mostly the final version of Rheum, if you're craving a new feature, some kind of content, bugs, or if you feel somethings not quite right, let me know. I'd be more then happy to look into adding/fixing it :) Cheat Codes Cheat codes allow you to add modifiers to the game. While I don't suggest using them until you've beaten the game, here's one to start you off :) 'gates' Also, to enter cheat codes just hit enter while you're in the main menu and begin typing.
