Ambient occlusion quality settings added. A new Very High graphic setting and the current High is debuffed a bit. Cabin optimizations Master volume and Score volume settings.

  Hi everyone, It's been a long journey since we started slowly showing gifs of Among Trees online, then doing our pre-alpha in 2019 and we're finally ready to come to Steam on November 10th. Since that time, we've added a ton to the game like fishing, a fox companion, a tent, the brewery, the hydration system, new loot and decorations and more. We're finally ready to have you enjoy it! We've been developing Among Trees for almost five years now and feel like we've taken the game to a great place. We're planning to fix bugs until the end of the year, but don't expect any major new features or content. It's a game we could keep working on forever, but we'll be moving on to new exciting projects for now! You can still join our forum to let us know what you think!   At the PC Gaming Show last week , lovely woodland survival sandbox Among Trees was revealed to be in early access on the Epic Games Store. Like, right now. I got very excited and have been playing it in my spare moments ever since. My early access review will be along soon, but before that I wanted to highlight one thing in particular that I’m enjoying about the game, and that is its lovely little mushrooms. (more…)

  Developer's FJRD Interactive's gorgeous wilderness survival sandbox Among Trees is now available in early access on the Epic Store. Among Trees plops players into the heart of a beautiful forest, giving them their own tiny wooden cabin as a base of operations. From there, budding survivalists are free to forge their own path, venturing out to explore lush meadows and dark caves, avoiding the deadly wildlife that roams the world, all in order to secure what they need to stay safe - chopping down trees, scavenging for food, catching fish, and more. As the adventure continues, players are able to steadily expand their cosy cabin, building new rooms that grant access to new mechanics, including farming, cooking, and tool crafting. Read more

• Lovely survival sandbox Among Trees is out now in early access, and I am so excited I might die - 13 June 2020

  Honestly, readers, it is only my obligation to you (and also a vague sense that Graham might tell me off) that I haven’t dropped everything immediately to go and play Among Trees . It’s a gorgeous survival sandbox game set in a lush, lovely evergreen forest full of mists and bears, I’ve been desperate for it since it was first teased almost two years back , and the PC Gaming Show just casually revealed that it’s out in early access on the Epic Games Store right now. • Industries Of Titan and eight other games are Epic's next exclusives - 23 March 2020

  Spring has not yet sprung in my neck of the woods but Epic are busy planting the seeds for new games regardless. They’ve announced the next “PC exclusive titles” coming to the Epic Game Store throughout the season and it’s a nice-lookin’ bunch. Control’s first DLC is among them, as are several solid indie games you may recognize from trailers and reveals during last year’s E3 presentations. (more…)

• Among Trees is an upcoming pretty survival game - 23 July 2018

  It made sense that our John was keen to show me Among Trees this morning. Say that name aloud, look at that screenshot, read the tagline “a vibrant first-person exploration adventure”, remember my fondness for walking simulators , and think of my dozy arse trudging through woods to reach secluded swimming spots. Ah, classic Alicebait. However! Read on and you’ll discover that Among Trees is a craft-o-survival game, a game where we’ll build up a wee cabin and chop down trees and and fish and farm and try not to freeze to death or get eating by wildlife.
