Important Information regarding GOD EATER 3's Update Version 2.30, which was released on January 16th, 2020. After Update Version 2.30 is applied, reward items that players can get through missions Rank 1-7 by fulfilling conditions “Complete within XX min” are not displayed and cannot be obtained. Countermeasures Update Version 2.31 has fixed the issue so players can see and obtain the above reward items like before Version 2.20. This new update has been released on January 22nd, 2020.

God Eater 3 , the game about a squad of inhuman teens who wield massive magical weapons in battles against the god-like creatures known as the Aragami, is out now on Steam. To get things started on the right foot, Bandai Namco has also dropped a God Eater 3 launch trailer, which begins by asking what it feels like to give up our humanity, before launching into a spectacular J-rock music video.  The God Eater games see humanity pushed to the brink of extinction by the mighty Aragami, who for some reason don't feel like sharing the planet with us. ‘Monster hunter’ might once have sounded an impressive job title, one sure to raise gasps and coos when mingling at a house party, but it’s got nothing on ‘god eater’. Sure, the jobs are largely the same, both involving hacking ‘n’ slashing big monsters with big weapons, but ‘god eater’ has much more… drama. You can see people’s faces fall when they ask the god eater if they’ve eaten any gods they’d have heard of. The eater quietly admits these ‘gods’ are biomechanical beasties roaming the ruins of post-apocalyptic Earth, and the ‘eating’ is mostly cutting off bodyparts to make into new weapons.
