- Patch Notes 1.7.1.1 - PlayStation crossplay - 18 July 2023
Hello Bounty Hunters! We're deploying a small patch today that will improve and fix some issues, but most importantly it'll enable crossplay between PC and PlayStation when the game is released on PS4 and PS5 this Thursday, July 20th. Addressed some graphical issues that diminished the experience. Improved the texture streaming that forced low resolution textures during longplay sessions. Fixed some rendering issues with items in the rewards screens. Fixed an audio memory corruption issue which could crash the game. Crossplay between PC and PlayStation is now available. Please note that for PlayStation players, a PlayStation Plus subscription is required for online co-op. Killsquad mini update, version 1.6.4.11 Hello Bounty Hunters! Since the big optimization update called “Under the Hood” many bugs have emerged because of the big changes made. We have launched two hotfixes solving major bugs and crashes. Now, we are releasing another little update fixing more issues/problems that were present on the build and you, our appreciated community, have reported. The list of bugs fixed is the following: The leaderboard of Infinite Colosseum would not save and update the score properly. Cass’ shuriken skill had the possibility of getting in infinite cooldown sometimes. The terminal area of the contract “SHUT IT DOWN” wasn’t appearing. When a player, playing as a client, would return to the lobby while in a contract it get blocked with a black screen A player would get stuck in a colosseum if another one got out of the contract in the round exchange. Hello Bounty Hunters! After the last hotfix, there were some critical bugs that still remained in the game. Thanks to your help with reporting these issues, and the work of our dev team, we are now able to release a new patch that will get rid of these bugs. We hope that now you can finally play without issues and we apologise for any inconvenience the last patch caused. List of bugs fixed: Fixed a bug that prevented the deactivation of “The Runaway” traps after defeating him, making it possible to be killed after successfully finalizing the contract. Hello Killsquad and Novarama fans, It’s Dani here, the Studio Head and Designer behind Killsquad. I wanted to give you a quick announcement that we will soon be increasing the price of Killsquad. It has been a topic of our internal discussions for some time, and we feel that it is the right step to take. Since its release, Killsquad has been polished, beefed up with new content, and new modes were added too. We also looked at other games that are similar to ours in terms of content and size, and we looked at their prices. And after having those chats we feel that 24.99€ / $27.99 is a fair price for our game. We are also working on the PlayStation versions of Killsquad which will be released in the not-so-distant future.
