Short description
Disruption is an action-adventure TPS set in the dystopian future city of Nutropolis — where a disengaged human populace overly-dependent on robotization, has stumbled to the brink of destruction from a mutant robot force led by a rogue madman in his fight against a ruthless, massive tech company.

THE STORY In the near-future city of Nutropolis, people are entirely dependent on AI and robotics. Powerful, multi-international-corporations exploit the disrupted, crumbling society. Chief among them, Arise Robotics. As citizens eagerly purchase the newest AI agents and service bots, their neglected and discarded predecessors are salvaged and assembled into a mutant lethal force by an embittered AI developer fanatic hellbent on destroying Arise and the everyday lives of Nutropolis citizens. Who will stop Ohmage and the ReGex? And how far will Arise go to dominate the globe and the bodies of its citizens? Starting with a small, violent uprising, you fight in a series of deadly mission in Nutropolis rooftops, alleys, and sewers to take down the rogue robot faction. But are you fighting the right fight? THE WORLD DISRUPTION is set in the city of Nutropolis, a sprawling mix of post-modern high-rises, robo-ghetto-infested tenements, empty post-industrial factories and abandoned, underground transportation tunnels. Players are challenged to navigate and survive threats and battles set in locations that range from narrow alleyways, treacherous rooftops, a partially flooded derelict subway system, cyber-vermin-infested subterranean labyrinths, and a seedy underbelly district of human-robot interaction. GAME PLAY DISRUPTION expands the shooter genre with aerial drone flight, hand-to-bot melees, bot-boxing and specialized weaponry. The environments are designed in a series of wide levels that are precise and rich in detail without being repetitive or scattered. Core missions evolve the story line while non-serialized side missions allow exploration and expansion. Enlist into the elite Robot Control (ROCON) Combat Unit, a squad of paramilitary agents tasked with shutting down ReGex’s network to prevent Nutropolis from falling into ruin. Choose from multiple weapon loadouts and kits, each with a unique playstyle, but all designed to cut through swarms of robots.
