Patch 0.5.2.1 - Bug fixes — Millennium Whisper Steam update #1004829

Some small fixes for issues reported by our community. - Fixed an issue that caused no_kv_slot error from corrupted config files. - Fixed an issue that defaulted peoples memory dtypes to Full or Half rather than what they actually wanted to set it to. - Fixed an issue where the Tutor would break when you try and speak to him sometimes after he'd done his description of the scene. - Fixed a bunch of character memory artefacts with the game which should help them avoid getting confused as often.
