Fixed research project issue where adjusting the slider caused the setting to be 0, when research bonus was over 100%. Fixed tier 2 and tier 3 unlocked techs count to be inaccurate when loading a saved game. Adjusted Empire point gains. Added shift click feature for empire trait levelling. Improved empire menu performance.
