Patch Note ver 1.0.3.9e — Library Of Ruina Steam update #100851

1. Bug Fixes Fixed an issue where using 'Guarding Stance' did not provide the temporary Power buff. Fixed an issue where the passive ability 'Force of a Wildfire' did not inflict Burn on hit. 2. Balance Adjustments Passive ability 'Bā Xià' no longer halves the amount of Burn applied to the user. Reduced the amount of Burn applied by the passive ability 'Force of a Wildfire' to half of the victim's Burn stack rather than the full amount. Changed roll ranges of the Combat page 'Bì Àn'; changed its effect to draw 2 pages. Increased the amount of Burn inflicted by the Combat page 'Chī Wěn'; added the effect where it temporarily reduces incoming Burn damage for the user.
