v0.7.5 Hotfix — DVD Survivors Steam update #101839

Fixed a Steam achievement bug that could flood players with unlocks. Reworked achievement syncing so only newly earned achievements are sent to Steam. Cleaned up achievement mapping, validation, and migration for older saves. Improved save/load safety, legacy save compatibility, and cloud-sync reliability. Added hold-to-fire for mouse and keyboard by holding click at the cursor position. Fixed borderless windowed mode forcing itself always on top on multi-monitor setups. Fixed all Setup reset actions, including full settings reset and factory reset behavior. Removed the white box around the DVD logo in the showroom. Fixed the Director's Cut hover tooltip showing the wrong item text. Redesigned the kill milestone popup so it looks cleaner and no longer overlaps the streak notifier.
