Small hotfix 1.2b — Game Dev Masters Steam update #1027690

Another small patch to fix a few issues found in recent big update. - There was a pause game left in long term investments that caused the game to pause when you finished a long term investment. - Company valuations were recently changed to try and add in assets and other calculations. There was an error in the math that caused companies to compound grow over the years making valuations get insane high. Since loans are based on valuation this was a big issue. This should be fixed, but will continue to monitor values to ensure it feels right. -Engine used in archive HUD was displaying " " not engine names. There was a simple misplaced reference here, this will now show properly moving forward. -I added some minimum milestone values so that if you did poorly you wouldn't receive a 0 just the minimum value.
