Day 1 bug fixes — Rocket Man X Steam update #1031767

Fixed an issue where every achievement for beating a level in a short amount of time could be unlocked by beating the level in 1 life. You now must beat the stage in 1 life while getting under the specified time. (this is the 4th time we've had to fix these achievements, it might not be the last time). Fixed an issue where defeating Magma Monkey with specific weapons would not unlock the appropriate achievements. Changed the number of Bazinga Attacks that Rocket can use at once from 1 to 3.
