Additional language pack and levels — MadCowBalls2 Steam update #1041543

This is a major patch of MadCowBalls2 that makes the game easier for beginners and adds a choice of levels at the start of the game session. As i have been working on it for a while i may have forgotten all the bugs that was identified and solved a long the way. New features Diamond levels. Ball speed reduction near the city. Additional language support. The thank you screeen is also displayed when the user restart the game from the high score screen. Bug fixes Undertext is now displayed when language "English" is selected or identified (none, us and uk). Random level generator could in rare cases get stuck. Unkown solved minor bugs (i dont remember them anymore).
