Balance Patch 2 — Open The Gates! Steam update #105675

Second balance patch adressing some more balance related issues. As well as some smaller improvements. Reduced frequency of attacks in level 4 of world 2. Attacks in level 4 of world 2 will now no longer occur just as the player is winning. Should make the level more fair and fun. Changed the knight charge visual. Changed exploding bolts and maceman smash ability because the previous balance patch made enemy flying units always die causing these two abilities to become significantly overpowered. Please let me know whether you feel the abilities are now under or overpowered.
