Patch for 4/10/26 - Sampo Health/Gravity Grenade pickup fix — Obey the Insect God Steam update #106262

Fixed a glitch that was identified where if you fight the wolf head boss first and get the health increase you will get the health increase again when you fight the tank boss instead of the gravity grenade if you haven't unlocked the picked up health increase first. (Was also causing issues with the X marks on the map for these sampo yields that was also fixed) IF THIS GLITCH HAS ALREADY EFFECTED YOU - you will now just automatically have both the gravity grenade and health 1 increase available to unlock in the Unlock Sampo Yield menu.
