Hotfix 4.0.6.5 — Dead Steam update #1067872

- Dying ember achievements now trigger once the boss has died instead of the boss screen. When you get an achievement the game keeps a record of it. Everytime you enter the boss selection screen it checks which achievements you have, checks that with Steam and then gives you any missing achievements. If you have yet to get an achievement in Dead then check the boss selection screen. Big surprises coming soon. Hold tight!
