Patch #16 (Hot-Fix #24) — Eldara Steam update #1078730

Eldara — Update ✨ New Monster Mastery extended to 20 with a second Prestige. Reaching Prestige II makes that monster (or dungeon) spawn Shiny twice as often, on top of the ×2 rewards — and it earns a distinct radiant ✦✦ badge. Speed-upgrade Tiers 6–8 for the slow processing skills — Fletcher's Knife, Jeweler's Loupe, Eternal Tinderbox, Master Chef's Apron, Smith's Bellows and Thief's Gloves now reach −40% action time. ⚖️ Changes Rebirth now resets gathering tools (pickaxe/axe/rod), like a brand-new character. Pets, upgrades, monster prestige and faction reputation still carry over. Wanderer's Mastery set now uses Crimson Leather Body in place of Void Plate, making it a coherent ranged set instead of pairing a bow with melee armour. 🔧 Fixes Offline arrow fletching now resumes on return instead of stopping.
