Patch 1.0.7 — Bunches For Bart! Steam update #108013

A few general fixes and additions to help the average player's experience. Includes UI changes, improved level clarity, and extra tutorialization. Added D-Pad support to menus, for those who prefer it to the joystick. Made the rock jump after the Temple Reception building easier with an extra platform. Added a rock warning icon to the edges of the screen, to indicate where a falling rock is while it's outside the camera. Removed the plastic tube exit from the Mining Ravine (because it was only there as an visual hint that didn't serve it's purpose well). Tried to make the momentum tutorial prompt easier to understand: "When letting go of a surface, you'll be thrown from the direction of your joystick, like a pogo stick. Momentum isn't a factor here!"
