Patch 1.0.2 — Bunches For Bart! Steam update #108018

I overlooked a bug in the last build to do with creating a new Escort mode save, and along with fixing that, I made the tutorial prompts more predictable and informative. Fixed the Escort mode new game button deleting your Solo mode save. (so sorry I forgot about checking this!) Made the new tutorial prompts appear immediately upon entering their respective areas, rather than waiting 90 seconds to give you the tip. Replaced the "Cry-Button" prompt in the Mining Ravine with a tip about blocking the rocks with your hands, to hopefully increase the number of people who make it past that area. A big thanks to those who found these issues and sent them my way! (I'll be looking into how online multiplayer works for Escort mode soon!)
