Patch 1.3 — Titan Core Steam update #1082364

Can't really give an exact detail what change since I'm still working on a full class rework on the game, but a lot of cards and abilities have either been change or remove. So far Engi (White), Tyrant (Purple), and Vangaurd (Yellow). Have their set rework on and i am working on Esper (Blue) next. Which involves removing Scan mechanic. As well when you burn a multi color card now you can choose what color to level up and their an option to level up all of its colours level, but you don't gain power that turn or even have to pay for it if it has more than 2 colours on it. I did so some minor visual update.
