We will change next week something on PvP Rewards so that it will be a lot more worth doing PvP. This will be the first small (!) step of making the PvP more rewarding and more interesting. The plan is that you can use your Fame than for something you usually farm a lot and is needed for Runes. So Rune progression will be quicker for PvP players! And it is just the first step!
