Content Tweak: We have lowered the cost of unlocking "Scout", for an earlier ranged character experience. We have moved relic reward from end of branches to the end of main path. Blacksmith in Village no longer sells legendary items. We have tweaked attributes of a few equipments. We have tweaked controlling skill durations of a few mobs. Issue Fixes： We have re-balanced all skills with "counter strike" feature. It was way too over powered. We have fixed a few activation issued of armour sets. Upcoming Changes： We are re-working the skill upgrade mechanism, for a more flexible and friendly build experience.
