Small Patch - 1.2.7b — Star Valor Steam update #1095177

- Added full crew skill and bonuses support to Fleet Ships. The Commander, however, still only affects piloting skills and main weapons accuracy, and he/she is still the only one who gains XP right now. - Order Fire and Hold Fire actions on your fleet will now last for at least 5 seconds and will override other previous actions. - Fixed Fleet Ships altering crew and weapon slot positions. - Fixed turrets with repair beams hitting it's own ship - Fixed station delay before attacking enemy faction ships
