Fixed network issues that caused the September Update to not really work. Fixes Fixed not being able to join servers Fixed network stability Fixed Ray Stevens' aggressive personality We've gotten reports that some people can't buy things from the arsenal, in which case we're sorry to announce that one has to reset all progress. This shouldn't be very common, and we're working on a fix for that too. To reset your progress hoild D + O + G on the main menu and then restart the game.
