Hello Heroes. Following the November 11 maintenance update, here are some known issues present in the game. We are working on fixes for these now and will notify you when they are complete. Thank you!\ Showdown Ranking Rewards We're aware of an issue where players did not receive the PVP(Showdown) rewards after the maintenance on November 11. Please rest assure our team is currently investigating the cause and are working on a resolution as quickly as possible.All rewards for Showdown Ranking have been sent out to the affected users.\ Missing Crafting Designs We're aware of an issue where the crafting designs (scrolls used to craft weapons and accessories) could've gone missing during the maintenance on November 11.
