2026.7.30.1121 - Efficient SignalR protocol, Elements.Core 1.0.2, Linux fixes — Resonite Steam update #1113477

Hello everyone! This build was supposed to be released hours ago, but unfortunately GitHub has made a number of breaking changes that broke our CI/CD pipelines (with no changes on our end). However thanks to J4's valiant efforts, it finally pushed through! There's not huge changes unfortunately, however we got the first community contributions for Elements.Core in this one! Thank you everyone so far! It also had a significant change to SignalR - we switched to a more compact serialization protocol, which should save bandwidth and improve latency and server costs on our end.
