2025.9.23.1237 - OpenLipSync integration, splittening cleanup & improvements — Resonite Steam update #1113515

Hello everyone! Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I've been very brain-foggy, so progress has been slow, but I've got a good number of goodies for you today! First, we now have native OpenLipSync library integration for viseme analysis! This library has been created by our own community member @kyuubiyoru and is a great alternative to the proprietary OVRLipSync. If you're on Windows, you can choose either to run analysis and on Linux it'll automatically use this one, fixing the issue where viseme analysis doesn't work for Linux users! Check the repo as well if you'd like to contribute - we'll update this library as it improves! Most of other stuff is general splittening cleanup.
