Atmospheric Upgrade: Dynamic Lighting & Weather System — Rapid Impact Steam update #111434

Hi everyone. In this update, I decided to add dynamic changes in time of day and weather. Yes, FPS performance has dropped, but the world has become even more diverse, and the atmosphere has reached a new level. On my end, I’ve already done a lot to optimize performance for such fully dynamic lighting. In terms of visual quality vs. performance, the project is already ahead of many counterparts. Additionally, I’ve expanded the range of graphics settings so that the game can be adjusted to suit as many hardware configurations as possible. For now, players spawn in the world at a random time of day. Soon, I’ll add an option to choose which part of the day you'd like to spawn in, and I’ll also add a flashlight to make nighttime gameplay more convenient.
