Hotfix released — Wreckfest Steam update #111478

It has come to our attention that a number of users who have special characters in their username have been unable to run the game due to receiving an error message stating that the game is unable to create "settings.conf" file. We just pushed out a small (well, a minuscule) hotfix to address this issue. The game version of the updated build is 0.252066 (printed in the window title). In case you're still receiving the same error message, please make sure to whitelist the game in your antivirus application and check that you have proper user permissions to My Documents (should be by default). Our apologies for the inconvenience!
